We want you to feel completely at ease bringing Nature.Live into your space. If the Portal isn’t the right fit, this Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds work.
120‑Day Home Trial
You can try your Nature.Live Portal at home for 120 days from the date it’s delivered.
- If you’re not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 120 days to start a return.
- We’ll provide return instructions and, where available, a prepaid return label.
- To be eligible for a full refund, the Portal must be in good working condition with all major accessories included.
Condition of Returned Items
We know the Portal will be used in real homes, so normal, light signs of use are expected. However, we may adjust your refund in these situations:
- Significant physical damage, missing parts or signs of misuse.
- Water damage or damage caused by improper installation.
- Evidence that the product was altered or modified.
If we need to apply a partial refund, we will let you know before processing it.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process the refund to your original payment method.
- Most refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned Portal.
- Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Non‑Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for a refund except where required by law:
- Gift cards or promotional credits.
- Services that have already been performed.
- Shipping fees paid on the original order, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If your Portal arrives damaged or not working as expected, please contact us as soon as possible. In many cases we can arrange a replacement rather than a refund.
