These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nature.Live Portal, mobile and web applications, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using Nature.Live, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using Nature.Live

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use the Service. You agree to use Nature.Live only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately at support@nature.live if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

• All content provided through the Service, including video streams, text, graphics and logos, is owned by Nature.Live or our partners and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to view and use the Service for personal, non‑commercial purposes.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

4. Device and Network Requirements

You are responsible for providing the hardware, internet connection and power necessary to use the Nature.Live Portal. The quality of your experience may depend on the speed and stability of your network connection.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

If you choose to purchase a subscription or paid feature, you agree to the applicable pricing and billing terms presented at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting support.

6. Returns

We offer a 4‑month free return period for Portal hardware purchased directly from Nature.Live. Additional terms or limitations may apply depending on your region and will be communicated at the time of purchase.

7. Service Changes and Availability

We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, for example to improve features, add new locations, or address security or technical issues. We will aim to give reasonable notice of any major changes that affect your use of the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nature.Live and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nature.Live is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless local law requires otherwise.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of Nature.Live after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.
